Botanical Bar & Kitchen is the newest addition to James Street. Sandwiched between the iconic QA Hotel and the Sage Hotel, Botanical Bar & Kitchen is a step away from the traditional pub offering, moving towards a more refined and wholesome approach. The restaurant boasts a menu of dishes that are perfect for sharing, with a focus on plant-based protein over meat (don’t fret – the meat is still there, to be sure). The bar specialises in champagne and small-batch gins (including local legends The Humpybong Distilling Company), with a range of tap beers and wines to complement.
